Frank's Pizza (Flanders)

A lot of flop, but it’s all good cause it’s loaded with cheese and oil! The crust is crispy but not over crispy and the sauce is tangy but on the mild side.

Nice tang to the sauce.

The dough and sauce saved the score from the low 6’s or even high 5’s. Grease was super overwhelming and the cheese had this bitter bite to it. Thinking they put some kind of Romano or something on there. Either that or just not good cheese and that caused the immense grease. Good cook and no flop but still a 6.7.

Haven’t had a bad slice at a place called franks, but also haven’t had a great slice at a franks either. Guy was also an asshole.
