Frank's Pizza Napoletana

Sauce is the star. The crust could be if they could operate it with a hotter stone. Too busy to keep hot with the smell oven and high volume. Understand my score may be deceiving in a state where Jonny’s and Dominos are scoring 7s and 8s. People don’t have a clue what real pizza is. This place is trying to bring back Grimaldi’s. This spot wouldn’t detract from them nor visa verse. Different. Pepperoni was tasty but I’m not a fan of how it was sliced. I get it. Trying to be artisan. Just not my cup of tea. Crust was tasty, good chew but lacked crisp.

If Napoleon pizza is your style, then Frank’s in Shreveport, Louisiana is the place to go. This was the Margherita Extra with added pepperoni, and it was phenomenal. I am a frequent customer of Frank’s, and they never fail to satisfy.

Could potentially be great pizza but lacks in execution. The flavors are there but the pizza Is way undercooked. The strips of pepperoni are not good. Really disappointed for brick fired pie.

One bite, everybody knows the rules! Pizza looked and smelled great, but as soon as I picked it up everything slide off leaving me with all flop and slop. Grease level was at a 9.8 but the crust saved the score. That’s a review!

One bite, everybody knows the rules. I gotta give it a 5.5. Was not impressed at all. Cheese was funky, sauce was lacking, hardly any on. And call me old fashion but I’m a fan of the thin pepperoni slices, not the thick strips. The whole slice was flop, everything just fell right off. No crunch whatsoever. I wanted to be blown away by this place and their prices and I was sadly disappointed

Good flavors, nice fluffy but crisp crust. Center weighed down by toppings so a little too much flop.

The Autunno È Inderno is absolutely incredible and absolutely insane!! Crust is awesome

Too much flop for my taste, but great red sauce. Crust could be slightly crisper.
