Got the Rocca. Fresh crust with a nice crisp. A little flop. Overall a good pizza. Main hits to the score were a small amount of cheese and the sun dried tomatoes on this specific pie were a little too tangy- maybe canned.

Good sauce, usually a good crisp. Medium flop depending on how good the crisp is if they are really busy you can tell the pull them out and hair too early. Perfect amount of cheese. Solid pie.
