Great football pizza crust, flavorful sauce, wish I had it warm but that’s my fault

Very solid slice. Cheese steals the show with some savory sauce and crispy crust acting as strong supporting characters. Definitely worth the try!

The pizza here is excellent. I highly recommend what they call the “garlic special” - absolutely the bomb. Also the restaurant in the back has delicious “red sauce” entrees. Can sit down and enjoy a full pizza and a beer. Love the baked clam appetizer; their meatballs are super yummy too. One of NYC’s hidden gems.

More grease and cheese on this than I’d like. Really no marinara to balance it out. Undercarriage is crispy, dough is a bit thick and adds to the flop. An okay slice but nothing to phone home about. That’s a review Franklyn!!!

Really quality slice. Excellent cheese. Crust had a great crunch. Sauce was good. Unrelated to the score was the Sicilian slice. That too was real good.

Cheese was definitely the winner. Sauce could be better, not much flavor and seems to be seasoned with a little too much oregano. Had a good crunch and crust. Overall solid New York slice.
