Frankstown Wood-Fired Pizza

Definitely a pretty tasty pizza right here. The sauce is seasoned just right, and the wood fire positively adds to the flavor of the pizza. Since it was wood fired I wasn’t expecting the pizza to be so doughy and floppy, but if that’s my only complaint you’re doing something right!

Margarita pie - nice char on the crust, you can really taste the fresh ingredients. Mozzarella cheese is delicious.

A lot a flavor, decent crust, wood fire flavor no doubt, I like my pizza a little thinner but this is good. I will be back.
