Alright Frankie, one bite everybody knows the rules! Review is for cheese side only obviously, fuck toppings anyhow. Major flop, I mean the type of flop where you fold in half at the crust and the whole slice still points straight down. Somehow the cheese stayed on the slice which is impressive. Needless to say there was zero crisp, super deceiving by the color of the crust.note dough had some decent flavor..so why a 7.6? Well first off this is the CA scale. Second the sauce came in to save the day bc it’s fucking great. Without that I would have been thoroughly disappointed in this $34 pie. This place has potential though if they can get the crisp factor going. Have a feeling it’s gonna be better on the reheated leftovers. Bonus review: If you’re wondering the deluxe side was a 4.7. Calzone I’ll give it a 5.7. Has potential but was same as the pie, dough looked super dark like it had a crisp but was just straight soft.
