Crispy underside and cornicione with a lovely flavorful cheese blast of fresh mozzarella and perhaps a touch of something else and super sweet tomato and basil. Very boardwalk style and a bit top heavy for it to stand out straight on the edge. That’s not what this pizza has ever been. Sauce on top just equals more weight. Flavor is outstanding but this is a controversial pizza as most in the area already know. Embrace the sauce or get out of the way because someone else will run you over to get it.

Crust was pretty good! I like sweet sauce but this was missing tang and complexity. I would have this pizza again for sure though.

Well cooked pizza. Minimal flop, good sauce, crispy bottom and crust and good amount cheese. Overall 7.1

This pizza is a big hit in the area but it shouldn’t be. Subpar on all counts. The sweet sauce is why people like it but it’s not a quality sauce that is sweet but instead a crappy sauce that they just pour loads of sugar in. It’s a gimmick pie and to be frank I think this pie gives a real sweet sauce a bad name. It wants to be Spamoni Gardens but it’s totally clueless.
