Fratelli's Pizza & Pasta House

This is a place my dad used to love and my bro used to frequent. Initial thought is it’s under cooked and bready (not necessarily a bad thing), light on sauce and cheese is too chewy… but cheese is really flavorful. Extra sauce half is waaay better and the way to go every time, better flavor and changes the chewy texture of the cheese apparently, plain is below 8 but going over bc the extra sauce is legit, score is the average of the good and bad
