Fratelli's Pizza & Pasta

The baked ziti slice was massive, thick and had plenty of good pasta. The Buffalo chicken slice had good heat on the chicken and nice and thin and crispy crust, but I advise you skip on the garlic knots. The knots weren't bad, they were just forgettable.

Small cheese pizza, 7pm on a Wednesday, $14.00 Pros: Good tasting cheese, nice saucy coastline Cons: Bit flimsy cause it's thin, could be a little darker. Verdict: Overall a decent pie, suitable if local. Grew up in the area and used to go here a lot. Always kind of got the vibe the guy behind the counter hates me, I wonder if I'm the only one picking that up? Slices can be hit and miss, I had some great slices here and other times I've told myself don't get a slice here again, likely depends on freshness and time of day. This pizza was pretty enjoyable though.

Served very hot in 2-3 minutes. The sauce is a close to perfection as you can get. Excellent seasoning with a mild tang. The mozzarella is very high quality. The crust is crispy with a good chew and flavor. This Pizzeria knows how to make Pizza, hands down. All three elements of the slice are excellent here!
