Fratellis Pizza

Got the regular cheese, and it did have good crisp on the undercarriage but the crust had little crunch. Had quite a bit of flop also while the cheese didn’t have very much browning to it.

The crust was fantastic. Toppings are fresh. Cheese is average. Sauce is very plain. If sauce had some zest this is a solid 7+. Good pizza and restaurant had an awesome vibe!

Had good flavor and good crisp but really lacking the pepperoni.

The pizza in this picture is my HOMEMADE NY style pizza I started making after Fratelli’s opened 3+ years ago and let me down because there’s no good pizza in town. I’m from the East Coast and grew up on NY style and their pizza taste nothing like it. Kind of a weird flavor on the sauce and thick crust. when we’re talking about a basic pepperoni football pizza. You just can’t make big pizzas and try to slap the “NY style” name on it and charge out the wazoo for a 20” pie. My very first attempt at NY style far surpassed anything in town but it wasn’t that hard unfortunately. I give this a 4.9 because it’s just not at all NY style in taste or texture

Fratellis is by far the best pizza I have had in Redding. Great crust, great crisp, barely any flop even on such massive slices. The sauce and cheese taste unique and their pepperoni is baked to perfection. I love fratellis. Maybe a little too much 😂

Great crunch to the crust, lil greasy but a good slice

Prob one of the best slices in Redding. If you live here and want a decent slice. This is your place.
