Fratelli's Pizza Rustica

The flavor was really good and the pizza tasted fresh, but it had a bit too much flop (talking about the cheese half). Every time I picked up a slice, the cheese would slide right off and melt everywhere instead of staying firm on the crust (and I ordered well done). Overall good taste, but the structure could definitely be better and crispier.
