Good local slice nothing special. Garlic knots are fresh which I appreciate.

Bonus review for grandma slice as they were out of plain. Tomatoes were cold in the middle, crisp was ok, heavy oregano. If there’s even a 1% chance the Czar of the telestrator owns this place I’ll be back for a plain slice review. Grandma ain’t it though.

Big flop but really good crisp. No real taste of marinara in here; this is a rather bland slice. Wish it had more zing; not a terrible, it has the makings to be in the mid 7s if there was more presence of the marinara. That’s a review.

Very good crust but veggies are chopped too small. Cheese ratio is low. Very mild tang.

Solidly average pizza for this area. Not disappointing but not elite. Sauce to cheese ratio is good. The cheese and sauce are also of decent quality and taste good. Crust is probably the most disappointing component of the pie, as it could have a bit more crisp. The specialty slices here are very good.

Served Luke warm in 3-4 minutes with a weak crisp and a little Hopewell flop. The sauce is decent with very good seasoning and a mild tang. The mozzarella is pretty average with good salt content. The dough recipe is very good but very thick. The weird thing about this slice is that it is seasoned well with good a dough recipe, but it needs more time in the heat and an improved cheese / ratio. Those import oils get thin to the high 6.0’s.

Solid pizza, could be more crispy, little flop, check it out if you're in the area.
