Fratello's Pizza & Restaurant

A standard fastball down the middle Cleveland (Parma) style pizza. Parma has dozens of local pizza places and if you were to do a blind taste test; it would be difficult to tell the difference between all of them. The crust was ok could’ve used a little more crisp, the sauce was solid and had a slight tang to it, and I really enjoyed the cheese especially on the more well done slices.

Pretty unappealing at first glance. Cheap pizza - $13 for a large.... NEGATIVE flop, actually a pretty good slice, decent sauce and standard cheese. Solid crust. Old Italian looking place. Owners arguing in Italian when I walked in - definitely bumps the score north of 7

It’s a very good piece. I will get it again.

This pie doesn’t nearly live up to its immense potential. It was extremely crispy and had no NY flop but the crust was very dry. Pepperoni was undercooked, sauce had good taste but there wasn’t enough of it. The cheese burnt into bubbles. This is a 2 seed in the tournament that gets upset in the first round.

Ok so first off I was sick af while trying this pizza but the show must go on. It was definitely good pizza. Crust was really cooked well nice crunch although the inside was a little doughy for me. Cheese was great perfectly melted and the sauce was good but it wasn’t super bold like a lot of other pizzas, very subtle. Score may have deserved to be higher but I was super sick during this.
