Crispy carriage, cooked perfectly. The Sauce is over the top. Loved it!

It really doesn’t get better than Fredi’s! Crispy perfection! You can taste the love that is put into each slice.

Got both the Tavern and New York style and combined score I thought was a 7.6. Good crunch, sauce had some tang. Just need some more flavor in the dough. Respect Fredi for all he does!

Simply amazing pizza! Waited two hours just to get a slice. Can’t wait to go back and get a whole pizza.

Lot of buzzzz around this spot right now and deservedly so. I was here on National Pizza Day immediately following the One Bite video drop the previous evening. I was about 20 back in line and Fredi ran out of dough just after I ordered. As you can see in the video the news stations were filming as the line filtered through this small pizza shop. The pizza was light and tasty with a. good crust. The sauce tastes better on the second slice after it’s had a chance to cool so be patient. The basil was a nice addition to the pepperoni. This is high on my list of top NY Style in metro Detroit. Not #1 but very high on my list. The goulash was decent but the pizza is the real deal. Service was great and Fredi was engaging the crowd despite being busy as he’s ever been. They do a lot of charity work for autism so it’s a win/win grabbing a pie here.

I love my Detroit style pizza, but what this man is doing in the kitchen is amazing great pizza and an even better guy.

The best slice in town. An instant classic. My boss saw it and made me print up the menu for him. I couldn’t even wait to take the picture before eating the first slice. The perfect NY slice. 9.1!

This is a classic New York style Margherita pizza. So fresh, hot and delicious. Fredi has mastered the art of pie making. And he will even give you his take on the Lions while you dine. Oh and don’t forget his legendary Ghoulash!!! 👍👍
