Freedom Brothers Pizzeria & Alehouse

Really floppy and greasy pizza. Pizza was uncut and couldn’t get the pizza cutter to cut through it because it was so soft. Wanted to like this one but was disappointed. Not much taste and negative crisp.

Such a fun place. Good quality wood fired pizza, all with a rock and roll theme. We got the Petty (margarita) and the Green Day (pesto) both were good. I would ask for more well done next time. Good beer too

Great sauce. Good crust. A little doughy but delightful.

Solid pizza. Crust was good and sauce was slightly better than average. Would have a higher score if middle had less flop.

Very good pizza l. Definitely the best I’ve had in the area. Super thin pizza, with a thick crust. Sauce had great tang.

Everything took over an hour fourth five minutes to come out and when u picked up the floppy oily slice all the cheese and sausage fell off. Nasty pizza slow service but good drinks!

Alright Frankie! Pizza was extremely floppy with no chance to hold your toppings, including the cheese. Crust was the only redeeming quality it had. Sauce was too sweet. Most qualities when it comes to taste was completely devoid. For a place called freedom brothers pizza you are forced to pick a pre chosen pizza and then take off and build around it, due to their "build your own pizza" option only being available during certain hours of the week. 5.1 is the highest I could give it even with all other factors. That's a review.

This was not good pizza. Very bland, no flavor what so ever. Floppy beyond belief. All toppings including cheese slid right off like butter.

Alright Frankie. If you want a floppy pizza, this is where you’d go. The center of the dough was pretty much as durable as a wet newspaper. Crust had a good taste, not much crisp however. Sauce was great and had a nice tang. If you want to eat it without loosing all your toppings (even if it’s just cheese), be prepared to roll it up like sushi. Not worth it for the price. That’s a review.

Very good brick oven pizza here at Freedom Brothers.. Been here a couple times before and this was definitely the best its been. Great flavor in the sauce and cheese along with a good crisp crust made for an overall solid pie. 7.9, thats a review.

For the style of pizza it is amazing and I'm a new Yorker living in Chicagoland however the pizza was not cut for whatever reason for that reason 7.9
