Fresco's Pizzeria

Crust is tasty and chewy, but a little floppy. Great, tangy sauce with some spices in it. Fantastic vibe in the restaurant.

So this place is getting reviewed based on its regular cheese slice. This is la nonna cheese slice. I’d say this packs a larger punch than the regular cheese. The crust has a good crunch but the base dough is quite soft. The cheese is bomb but the real star of the show is the sauce. It has so much zing it’s off the charts. The basil is the perfect finisher. I have it a 7.6 but the wife gives it a 7.2 for a round 7.4 final score. The square isn’t usually our preference but here it is

At the risk of over-rating this pizza, it’s an 8.1. It just really hit for me at the right time. I’ll acknowledge it’s probably more of a 7.6, but I had the experience of an 8.1. Nice, thin crust with just the right amount of chew. Not a ton of crisp on the crust but it stays together. What makes this pizza great is the flavor of the sauce paired with the cheese:crust ratio. Hop that A and get up here 🎤

Reviewing the regular. 6.9 alright flavor not enough sauce. A little thicker but okay crisp. Margarita I didn’t like. The sauce get more like a pasta sauce than a pizza sauce. Crispy but not my taste personally

Margherita. Delicious. Thin. Good crisp. Sauce on the sweeter side. Delivery usually takes long, but consistently delicious.

Good not great. Doesn’t knock your socks off but for being the neighborhood Za joint it’s pretty good. Great employees and management. Quick and convenient.
