Fresh Wood Fired Pizza & Pasta

Bread, sauce, cheese all very high quality. If you don’t like wood fired style it won’t be for you but if you appreciate some crisp and flop, this is your pizza

Great wood fired flavor. I order mine “well done” because I prefer a crispier crust. Toppings were phenomenal. The only thing I would change is a bit more sugar in the sauce. But we’re nitpicking at that point. The best local pie in the 828.

Absolutely great pizza!

Flop to the point where I was eating cheese and sauce with a fork off the pizza rather than on but great flavor. Got Chicken Picatta pasta to try and it ended up being the winner here

I had pretty high hopes after reading online reviews and seeing the pics. I had the CHEVRE with Pepperoni and Bacon added. Flavor was excellent. They do a little bit of char to the crust. It’s more chewy than crispy so if you’re looking for stiff crispy crust this isn’t it. The edges are crispy but that’s it. Serviceable pizza, good service and plenty of exotic options on the menu as well.

Inconstancy witching sauce and cheese ratio between slices. Decent flavor, wouldn’t drive more than 15 min to eat at. Good looking pie.

Good sauce, needs extra cheese and extra crisp but solid pizza
