1) the crust is aged and cooked properly 2) the cheese blend is excellent 3) the sauce has a nice “bite” to it 4) the toppings are fresh

Watching the chef cook in the wood fire oven is a art in itself...the dough is light slightly crisp with a awesome char flavor. Cheese pulls off the slice very easy when u take a bite. I didn't like that. Sauce is good, slight Tang..lot of flop...but a good pizza overall. They Only serve 12" pizzas...
