FTH Pizza

Sad to say i was duped by the 8.1 score. So floppy there was no way to eat it without a fork. Flavor wasnt terrible but 8.1 NFW

Excellent Neapolitan style pizza . If you’re visiting Williamsburg area and looking for good pizza just go here. My wife really doesn’t like Neapolitan style and she enjoyed it thoroughly.get the traditional Margherita style .

Best pizza in Virginia. It has some flop but somehow has crisp it breaks the pizza laws of physics, and the sauce is very good this is coming from someone who doesn't like a lot of sauce the crust is very good not too chewy but not too hard just perfect. The oven is wood fire so it is a must try for Virginia because there is like no other places that I have seen that have one, the owner is a military vet he's the only one that works the oven and it is a treat to watch him cook. A must try place and easily 8.9 for a Virginia pizza scoring system.

Excellent flavor! Sauce is perfect. Cheese is fresh. Floppy underside but nice crisp on the crust. Perfect amount of heat on the spicy capi. I would definitely recommend!

Preamble: I think I should have ordered this well done. The sauce and dough had a terrific flavor. But despite looking like it had char, the crust was soft and chewy throughout, and had no crisp first crunch. The chew was good, but I wanted the external crispness. I even cracked the box so it wouldn’t “steam”, and my first bite was within 90 seconds. That all said, I think had I ordered well dont this would have been an easy 8+. I will try again.

Watching the chef cook in the wood fire oven is a art in itself...the dough is light slightly crisp with a awesome char flavor. Cheese pulls off the slice very easy when u take a bite. I didn't like that. Sauce is good, slight Tang..lot of flop...but a good pizza overall. They Only serve 12" pizzas...

1) the crust is aged and cooked properly 2) the cheese blend is excellent 3) the sauce has a nice “bite” to it 4) the toppings are fresh
