Fuego Bistro and Pizzeria

I expected better from reading the other reviews. Undercooked, soggy, all flop, spongy dry crust. Good flavour pizza sauce, too much sloppy cheese for my taste. Looks more greasy than it should, as this was the hot honey - so that’s not all oil, but honey. Goats cheese added a nice touch, but overall not impressed. Visually looked unappealing out of the gate as well.

Dough is mid, alright but expected more from a wood fired pie.

Thin pizza with a nice charred undercarriage. Not too greasy and hardly any flop. Would like it to be more crispy but the taste of the sauce and cheese makes up for it. Without a doubt the best pizza in Utah that I’ve had so far.

Solid pizza. Average, nothing special, but solid.

Good flavors, average dough. Average cheese. No char. Soggy medullary crust suggesting low temp oven. Over priced.
