Full Of Life Flatbread

Tasty wood fire pizza. Hardly any grease and the bread is top tier.

i wanted to make it higher, but the sauce needs more tang/presence in the pie. Good quality ingredients especially the dough and cheese, but the middle of the pie has no crunch. The Char and crunch on the crust is heavenly, but I wish there was more crunch throughout the pie.

They use a real wood fire oven which is beautiful. All fresh local ingredients. Best pizza in Santa Barbara county

Good flop, good crisp. The crust was like some kind of whole wheat. Overall, pretty good

Great crust, cheese to sauce ratio but serious flop.. larger issue is the cut cause it’s “flatbread” not pizza. The cheese gold standard is worth a try but their specialty is the weekly specials that use the pics fresh veg.
