First time trying it. A touch greasy/floppy, but nothing out of control. Modern wasn’t open for lunch (Sunday), so this was a nice fill-in. Anxious to try again.

Excellent crust. I would give the bacon an 8.4 and the buffalo chicken an 8.2 but the cheese slice is a 7.5. Little to no flavor in the sauce. The cheese is ok but the coal fired crust carries it. Really good.

Amazing pizza. Definitely modeled after Pepe’s. Will only get better as the oven gets seasoned. Great crisp at the crust edge, flavorful cheese, good sauce.
