Fuoco Apizza

Real good

Coal fired not as much charring as New Haven. Very solid.

This pizza is where it is at. Top 3 in CT for me. Also the first I ended up trying.

Very good

Great pizza! The crust had the perfect char on bottom.

Ordered the small pizza because it was just me. Crust wast thin and crunchy. Awesome flavor

Small cheese w/ sausage, garlic and basil. A little light on the basil and didn't taste much garlic but apizza was fantastic. Highly recommend

I have a story about this I watched Dave’s review looking for a mid 8s maybe even a 9 pizza when I tried it it had lots of cheese more than Dave’s review. Now maybe I should try it again but for now it stands not very good.

Half sausage/half mozz

Pretty underwhelming pie. Hardly any texture to the crust, for a place that prides themselves on well done this certainly was not. Also, note the quantity of eggplant topping. Certainty not what I would expect, quite skimpy.

Great pizza. Good flavorful sauce, tad doughy but still delicious

Amazing!!! Love the sauce and atmosphere of the restaurant

The best pizza’s in Cheshire by far! Amazing crunch, great undercarriage and amazing taste.

Hole in the wall that can hang with the big boys. One of the tangiest tomato sauces I've ever tasted. Excited to try the third brother at some point!

Great sauce and crisp. Me likey

Scorched/sooty - sparse sauce - stretchy

Hits all the New Haven apizza notes but has a little more cheese. The leoparding of char on the bottom is fantastic.
