Fuoco Apizza

Small cheese w/ sausage, garlic and basil. A little light on the basil and didn't taste much garlic but apizza was fantastic. Highly recommend

I have a story about this I watched Dave’s review looking for a mid 8s maybe even a 9 pizza when I tried it it had lots of cheese more than Dave’s review. Now maybe I should try it again but for now it stands not very good.

Half sausage/half mozz

Pretty underwhelming pie. Hardly any texture to the crust, for a place that prides themselves on well done this certainly was not. Also, note the quantity of eggplant topping. Certainty not what I would expect, quite skimpy.

Hole in the wall that can hang with the big boys. One of the tangiest tomato sauces I've ever tasted. Excited to try the third brother at some point!

Scorched/sooty - sparse sauce - stretchy

Hits all the New Haven apizza notes but has a little more cheese. The leoparding of char on the bottom is fantastic.

Definitely one of those more unique style pizza, which is great tasting solid crust overall very good
