new haven style up in cheshire. coal fired crust with nice leopard spotting on the bottom. half mozz and half ‘new haven’ with garlic and oregano. the ‘new haven’ also came with olive oil which i ended up finding unnecessary as it caused extra flop. still a great pie. kind staff.

Great coal oven pie. Crispy, very little flop, and very fresh taste. I’m not sure I’d agree with the “apizza” label in terms of style, but still a very good bar type pie. Crust needs a touch more flavor, but sauce and cheese are delish.
