Great coal oven pie. Crispy, very little flop, and very fresh taste. I’m not sure I’d agree with the “apizza” label in terms of style, but still a very good bar type pie. Crust needs a touch more flavor, but sauce and cheese are delish.

Hole in the wall that can hang with the big boys. One of the tangiest tomato sauces I've ever tasted. Excited to try the third brother at some point!

Excellent Apizza— Fuoco could easily be on Wooster St. The first bite to the last was excellent. The sauce had great taste and the Mozzarella was fresh and the right amount of salt to amplify the taste. The crust had just enough char and crunch that is pure Wooster St. I The only slight negative is that the undercarriage was good but could have been cooked a little more to give it that New Haven crunch.
