Fuzzy's Pizza - The Original Antoine

*7.3* ACTUAL SCORE Gave it a 9.5 to partially offset some RIDICULOUSLY low scores. The pizza is solid. Not blown away by the sauce or cheese but the pepperoni is VERY good quality flavor. Houston staple, been around forever for a reason. If you want hand tossed to have good crisp then fucking ask for it to be well done.

Big flour/powder aftertaste. At $5 a slice I’d look elsewhere.

One of the best and top pizza spots in Houston and surrounding areas! Can’t believe people are not rating this place way higher.. I guess everyone has an opinion and many are wrong!

Sauce is good. Not bad for a cheese but very chewy

You’ll need a lot of time on your hands to get through this one. If you don’t choke while chewing through the heap of cheese, you’ll need to muster up whatever strength you have remaining in your jaw to get through the rubber dough. But don’t worry, the sauce sucks enough that it might take your mind off all of that.

I don’t understand how people in Spring Branch think this is good pizza. I decided to give it another try because I’ve only had it once since moving here years ago and wasn’t impressed so didn’t go back. Had to give it another shot tonight and I’m so mad at myself for doing that. Complete waste of money. The dough was undercooked and chewy and I have never in my life seen that much cheese on a pizza. Just because someone asks for cheese does not mean you put 8x as much cheese on the pizza. Regardless of that though the flavor just wasn’t good and it was mainly the dough/crust that was terrible. I was hopefully at least that maybe the crust would be good because it sorta looks like it might be, definitely not.
