G J's Pizza & Market

Nice thin crust. Could have been cooked a bit longer. Too much cheese. A solid, good pizza with some room for improvement.

It was a good pizza. Haven't had it in years but seems like it's way different than it was. Sauce and toppings were good and like the herbs on it. I wasn't really impressed with the crust, kind of bland and dry like the crackers you get in a MRE. If the crust was a lot better, could be in the high 7's. It's a solid 7.1 I think that's a fair score

Super thin, cracker thin crust...square cut slices which was a surprise. Decent tang in the sauce. Tops a bit too greasy for my taste. Crust was flaky, but pretty bland. Average thin crust pizza.

No cheese slices available so had to go with pepperoni. I’m guessing fresh and just out of the oven would’ve been not too bad.

Too much cheese and a little floppy. I did enjoy it, but there a lot left to be desired.

Honestly, I’ll probably never give out another 10.0. I have been eating GJ’s pizza for 19 years — GJ’s is a benchmark pizza joint. Thin crust, great mix between crisp and flop, great sauce that doesn’t get in the way, cheese is always fresh and well seasoned with the toppings underneath. Yeah, ownerships changed in my lifetime - it’s the same great pizza. I’ve driven 2 1/2 hours from college before just for their Pizza.
