10 Inch Cheese Pie - $11.00 Did I jump inside a Hot Tub Time Machine? Gabby’s cafe is straight from any 1950’s movie. Average lunch crowd age…. 74. This place is #%#% great. I’d throw out a curse word but I’d be afraid Gabby would come around the corner and slap me in the back of the head. Great pizza! This could easily be a 8.1 and above BUT…. I need a little more crunch and firmness. Slightly floppy with an incredible taste. Gabby…. I hope your still alive to taste this food. Fantastic!!!!!

Initially had this at 7.3, but was overall very satisfied with this stop. Would be happy with this as my neighborhood pie.

Hidden gem. Very surprised this is only their third review - been open for 18 years. Excellent flavors all around. Cheese blend is fantastic, sauce is great, dough and crust are great. Only complaints were that it was a tad greasy and pretty floppy, otherwise this would be in the 8’s.
