Eye test- stellar Execution-perfect. Every ingredient is fresh and delicious. Baking process utterly perfect. Not in any way burnt with a perfect level of crisp. Dough- crispy and delicious. Ends with no sauce and cheese, just pure cooked dough- taste great. I’m not a dough guy but I ate every inch of the slice. Cheese- subtle on the Trenton tomato pie as it should be Sauce- pretty sweet. Right at the edge of what’s acceptable. Plus some fresh garlic and a hint of some other spices. I’m biased towards sweet sauce so it works for me. Ratio- not relevant for tomato pie. That being said, appropriate for what it is, which is a cousin of pizza Other factors worth mentioning with no impact on score- Ridiculously high level of customer service. Genuinely nice people. I never comment on service, ever. This was extraordinary. I never return to pizza places. I rate them and never go back. These guys warrant a return visit Charlie Chaplin said, “I entertain for the smiles, not the acclaim.” How this place has so few reviews is baffling. Terrific

Very good, perfect football pizza. Flavorful sauce and cheese. Don’t let my pic fool you. We order not well done. The crust still had an awesome crisp. Will definitely get this again.

Hello Brooklyn! This pie was extremely thin with Very delicious tomato sauce. A wonderful crisp in every bite down to the crust. Not a crumb left. Nice amount of toppings. My 1 problem with this pie was the cheese as you can see, I personally Did not like it Otherwise this may have received a 9.1 from me. Ciao~

Zero flop, light crisp at the point, very little grease. Perfect cheese to sauce ratio and the sauce is sweet with no over powering spices. Distance of crust from edge to sauce/cheese is minimal. Type of pie consistent with what you find around here, but the crisp lifts it above the others. Solid pie.
