Thin, but floppy with plenty of grease and little crunch. Still, I ate it. And would do so again. Nice folks.

Very very thin slice! Great crunch and taste. No flop. Fresh ingredients and light. Impressive. Doesn’t wow you like other places, though. Might be better if they used a wood fire or coal oven

Regular slices: great tangy sauce, super crisp thin crust. A bit floppy and greasy but very good. 7.7 Bonus Sicilian: crispy, the cheese reminded of snot. Lots of bread. 6.2

Alright Frankie. Tonight we’re at Gabys Pizza and Grill of Saddle Brook. Pretty new to the town and making waves in a good way. This place has Bar Pizza written all over it, which surprised me when I picked it up. Didn’t expect that. Crust is crisp, average flop, grease is minimal, taste is average. What this place has going for them is the thin crust, which is why it’s getting above the 6.

Average flop. Little bit of grease. Thin crust, decent crispness. Taste resembles that of bagel bites. Bar pie kind of pizza, nothing special.
