Gaetano's Ristorante

At first glance I thought it would be a floppy greasy mess. The crust was surprisingly well cooked and the cheese was perfect. Sauce was packed with flavor and all together a surprisingly delicious pizza.

Great sauce. Needed a bit more and cooked more for crisp.

I’m skeptical that the owner rated his own pizza a high score so I’ll lower it real quick.
