Was it worth the hour line? Honestly no, but I would wait in line probably 10-15 minutes for it. Was lucky enough to get a fresh pie thrown in front of me right as I was getting to the front of the line, but it was not as crispy as I had expected. Cheese was tasty but was coming off in sheets, sauce was fantastic and the dough had a good flavor to it despite the lack of crispness. Got an arancini that was great as well. A few tweaks and this could be one of the best in the city, though I have a feeling that won’t ever be happening since it is a true North End institution. Overall still a solid slice, but not worth waiting in line for longer than a short wait.
