Pizza Review
This place has the only coal fired pizza oven in Western New York... I ordered the Amatriciana style pizza (Italian bacon, onions, pancetta, fontana and mozzarella cheese). It’s incredibly thin and the crust is nice and crispy. This pizza is greasy but it could be contributed to the type that I choose. The cheese is nice and fresh and the sauce is good but really can’t tell how well it’s seasoned based on the toppings. The 2 reviews before me are a little unfair, but they’re also novice pizza reviewers. This is excellent pizza, you won’t be disappointed. Pro tip, order the Moscow Mule, one of the best I’ve had.
