One of the worst but somehow funniest experiences I’ve ever had ordering a pie. called in and ordered around 4:30 PM for a large pie pepperoni, meatball and sausage. I entered the pizzeria around 5 o’clock and see my pie on top of the oven. There’s one person at the counter ordering one item at a time not ordering the next item until the one he previously said, arrives in front of him. After 20 minutes of him ordering I finally go up to the counter to get my pie, which is now cold only for them to hand me the pie and not take payment yet because they started taking orders from other customers. I then wait 10 minutes to pay while a mariachi band is blasting music in the tiny restaurant. As if that wasn’t annoying enough, I get home to find that instead of meatballs on the pie they put mushrooms. what was once a classic pizza spot has now become a mismanaged mess. Please do better.
