Served molten lava hot in 1-2 minutes with a heavy Garrison flop. The sauce is very sweet and bland with zero tang or seasoning. It tastes like sugared tomato water. The “mozzarella” is very low quality and soupy. The most mind boggling part of the slice is the dough. I don’t understand how you can cook pizza in a wood burning brick oven and have the dough come out like a wet tissue. It’s never good when the crust is the best part of the slice, you can save $1.50 and just order bread. I’m not sure what this is, but I know it’s not pizza!
