Needa work on dat cheese. Half flop, super sweet sauce

They took about 2 hours to cook this pizza, but I’m not mad about it. It was piping hot when it finally arrived, but I had a feeling that I should let it age a bit before judging it. First slice score was a 6.7, but as it cooled off and took shape it turned into a beauty.

Soft crust, decent sauce.

One of the better pies in town, crispy crust, has a good hold, only downside was that the cheese has that consistency where it can get stuck in your throat - you know the type. Great service and cool jukebox selection. Pro tip, the cheese pizza is what you want.
