Gelsosomo's Pizzeria Chesterton

Very unique pizza which I appreciate not sure what the cheese blend was, again very unique lol dry bitter cheese thinking it had a good aged Parmesan heavy in the blend

Absolutely solid cooked right, good sauce, and great cheese distribution!

My husband hates this pizza but I love it. Maybe nostalgia but the sweet sauce always gets me. They do stack on the cheese and it’s usually too much but when you ask for light cheese, they don’t give you enough. Could be cooked more too.

A pub style pizza, Gelsosomos balances their toppings with sauce and cheese. The sauce is on the sweeter side (which I enjoy.). The thin crust has a really good crunch on the outer banks.

Solid pizza overall. The sauce was a bit sweeter than I prefer but overall no complaints.

Sweet sauce, cheese ok and crust average.

Not a bad pizza for a local a spot. Good for staying in and watching sports
