Detroit style. We got the large size. Very nice. Crispy bottom and tender middle. Authentic sauce and toppings. Having grown up on grandmas Sicilian pan style pizza these brings it home. Highly recommend.

Better than any beach side pizza south of South Patrick Space Force Base

Crust was crispy but had no real flavor. Paper thin. The cheese and sauce had texture of a lasagna, soggy almost.

One bite everybody knows the rules... Okay so, one of only 2 coal-fired ovens I know of in the county, but you gotta ask for the coal-fired style because they do a regular New York style too... Anyway, super nice people inside. Great looking pie! Good bubble and nice char from the coal oven. Everything was super fresh tasting, the sauce had a good tang and the edge of the crust was SUPER crispy. If I gotta say one thing negative it’s that the middle of the pie was a little floppy, Idk if it was there was a little too much sauce or what but if you get that pie crispy all the way through, we’re talking in the 9’s!But, I gotta go 8.8 on this ‘cause of the flop. Everything else is spot on though. Would definitely eat again. BONUS REVIEW: Tried a slice of their traditional NY style too, and I give it a 7.5. A solid, classic slice.
