Gennaro's Pizza‎ & steak

Really was not good in any way. Bland dough (tastes pre-made), soft and without any crisp, and rubbery cheese. One of the worst pizzas I’ve had in a long time unfortunately.

Eye test- neutral Ratio- light on sauce Execution- neutral, average bake, average taste, maybe a hair above Dough- super thin. Barely acceptable crunch. So void of taste I think it’s not made on the premises Sauce- so little it’s hard to say what the attributes may be. Not a negative, but adds nothing. Sweetness and spices are a mystery Cheese- a bit of funk and solid taste George Szell once said, “We strive for beauty not perfection.” Solid neighborhood slice but not travel worthy

This pizza is everything you would expect it to be... the kind of pizza you want when your fucked up... they delivered it hot to my hotel room which was a plus.
