This is a time I wish I could give more then 5 stars. Just wow. The pizza was absolutely amazing. Crust on the traditional was light, crispy & absolutely perfect. The sauce was so well balanced & full of flavor. I’m from Boston & im super picky on pizza. This easily hit my favorite pizza ever. The “Jersey style” or grandma’s style as on the menu was awesome. It is a thicker crust. Not traditional pan style but is absolutely delicious. Was my wife’s favorite & she is from Chicago. It is not super thick but fluffy, crunchy & not greasy. Again just made with care with fresh delicious ingredients which you can taste. Then to top it off are the cannolis. Omg. The freshness reminds me of little Italian-shops at home. It has a little local corner vibe to it. The service was awesome. We met the owner & chef Gina. She was absolutely wonderful. She will truly be one of the best pizzas in the country. She is a young woman with just pure passion for pizza & cooking. We are already excited for our next visit.
