Unique crust, not floppy, just a little different in the dough texture. Good sauce/cheese ratio. Good neighborhood pizza. We also ordered the stuffed bread chicken parm. I'd go back for the stuffed bread, I wouldn't go out of my way for the pizza. Still, solid.

Nice and thin a little crispy. But a little weird flavor and hard crust. But not bad at all.

Amazing cheese to sauce ratio. Cheeses and homemade sauce are flavorful. Dough tastes and feels fresh, great undercarriage, does have a flop but has a crunch to its crust. Typically Genoa pizza would be low 7s but today blew me away.

1 cheese slice, Noon on a Monday, $2.68 Pros: Good amount of sauce, lot of seasoning flavor, decently sized, under $3 in Ridgefield Cons: Greasy Town Central in the heart of Flop City. Probably 20-30% more cheese than necessary, crust a bit chewy Verdict: Looks like a deli pizza, tasted a little better than expected though.
