Undercooked. As a result there is no crunch at all. The dough is void of taste. Both issues will drag this score down.
Ratio is inappropriate. A bit too much cheese.
Both sauce and cheese have above average taste. I can’t quite pinpoint why both are good but the cheese taste actually adds something to the taste. If only the crust wasn’t to brutally soft. The sauce is perfect. It is subtle yet beautifully flavored. Cheese is terrific too, just a bit too much.
Golda Meir, former Prime Minister of Israel once said, “Trying to bring two parties together in diplomacy can be done. Once you add a third, the need for common ground and mutual respect goes up exponentially.”
In this case here, two ingredients get together like loving sisters, but the dough is like some evil sister on the outs with her family.
If they could get the dough right, and improve the execution, they would have something special. This would be 8.1/8.2
