Fantastic dough — a crispy top and undercarriage coupled with a fluffy interior. Sauce needed more zip though, and more cheese please. Had zero cheese pull. Not as good as Pequods or new North Side rival Milly’s, but nonetheless a very solid deep dish pie I’d gladly eat again.

Tied for best Deep Dish in Chicago with Pequads. Better Lou Malnati’s and Giodano’s The ingredients make the freshest tasting deep dish you will ever have. Crust is extremely unique and tasty. I got a traditional cheese like Dave.

Flash made the pizza look weird for some reason. Didn’t expect it to be this good. Best pizza in Rogers park period. Better than Giordano’s and on par with Pequod’s. Need to try toppings. Dipping sauce with the crust would be a pro move.

I have vowed to try every specialty pizza from George’s. Tonight we tried the McFly’s Sci-Fi (Vegetarian). Great crust w/ fresh ingredients. Such an interesting combination: goat cheese, baby spinach, grape tomatoes, castelvetrano olives, and roasted garlic. Yum! 😋
