This is a fluffy hand tossed style pie. Great for bread lovers. The pizza could have been cooked a little longer and hotter to brown the cheese. All in all, a solid slice and great local neighborhood pizza pub vibe.

Great ingredients great tasting crust! Needed a longer cock time to crisp up the crust! About 2-3 minutes away from a score in the 8’s

The cheese and the crust are good. It’s floppy but still retains a nice crunch and the cheese slid right off when I picked up the first slice. Very stringy. Unfortunately I am not a fan of the sauce. It didn’t have much flavor and it was watery, mixing with the grease from the cheese and dripping on the plate. This is the main thing holding back the score. This might have been an anomaly but I have to review the pizza I got.

My roommate ordered meat lovers even though he knows I need cheese to do this. I’ll be generous. Tons of flop. Good cheese and decent crust. Very football pizza. Could use some sauce. I’ll be generous
