Originally I went in to this very reserved, but I was extremely impressed with the pizza. HIGHLIGHTS: is the crust. phenomenal. 0 flop with a beautiful crunch. LOWLIGHTS: small pieces and some might not appreciate the richness of the sauce. It came well done without me specifying. brown spots on the cheese and a deep red tomato sauce The sauce definitely has a distinct flavor. It’s salty and acidic, the tomato flavor cuts through the layers of gooey (yet not runny) cheese. The pie has corners which is weird bc it’s a circle, and the middle pieces are so small you can’t even consider them legitimate. However The flavor makes up for all of that. It’s the best pizza in the area. Armand’s, Amatos, old world...Geo’s blows them out of the water.

Nice old school cash only place has been around since 1972. Order a family size get a free 1 liter pop. Reasonably priced as well compared to some other places I been. As you can tell pizza was well done without being asked to do. Now one bite, everyone knows the rules…. Nice thin crust, with bot some chew and crisp. I like the sauce, sausage has good flavor as well. It is a little greasy, but not overly. My only complaint would be the crust lacks any type of flavor, yes it is crispy and chewy like I said, but has no pizazz. I would order it again if I was in the neighborhood.

If you like a no nonsense old school pizza place, Geo’s is your place. The deep pan is awesome and they have remained the same high quality for 50 years.

Geo’s is the best pizza in Montclare and arguably the best the northwest side has to offer. Been ordering from here for decades. Our go-to is family size, pepperoni and green olives, well done. 👌🏻
