Originally I went in to this very reserved, but I was extremely impressed with the pizza.
HIGHLIGHTS: is the crust. phenomenal. 0 flop with a beautiful crunch.
LOWLIGHTS: small pieces and some might not appreciate the richness of the sauce.
It came well done without me specifying. brown spots on the cheese and a deep red tomato sauce The sauce definitely has a distinct flavor. It’s salty and acidic, the tomato flavor cuts through the layers of gooey (yet not runny) cheese. The pie has corners which is weird bc it’s a circle, and the middle pieces are so small you can’t even consider them legitimate. However The flavor makes up for all of that. It’s the best pizza in the area. Armand’s, Amatos, old world...Geo’s blows them out of the water.
