Solid hickory pizza. Stellar cheese, no flop on the small, feels as if a true large pie would need a better crust. I like a tangy sauce, wasn’t really flavorful, just average sauce. Tangy sauce or better crust would put this pizza in the 7’s, both would be a high 7, near 8 territory.
