Yeah, I know, it’s not a straight up cheese pie; it was black olive, shroom and onion......they used a chopped sweet red onion which just killed it. In a bad way. Generally speaking, the pie itself seems manufactured. Crust seems prefabricated, has that unnatural cross design on the bottom. Too thin. Cheese was ok. Size was small for an “18”” pie......sauce? Meh. Obviously theses folks are just just milking the Portland ignorance when it comes to East Coast style pizza. Disappointing.

50% flop but the rest holds up. Could use a little more sauce but it's good as is. Crust was somehow crunchy and still soft. Looks greasy but doesn't taste like it. Cheese doesn't drag off on every bite. Kinda like having pretty good sex with the 5th most attractive girl in school.

New york flop pizza was a little cold. For as thin as it was I thought there would of been less flop. Pepperoni was ultra salty. Needed more sauce not a lot more but just a little more. Sauce has great zing and zest. Crust is light but needed a little more crisp. Overall a great slice. But wouldnt drive 8 miles again for it. Good neighborhood pizza.
