Perfect crunch, just the right amount of cheese, flavor of tomato sauce is a 10 (could take a little more). Overall service also a 10. Small spot located in a quiet neighborhood. Contends with all the top spots in the region. Everything is good here!

Delicious tomato pie. Zero flop

Gervasio’s makes a delicious Tomato pie. Zero flop, great crunch and tasty sauce. If you like tomato pie this is a must try. I would put this pie in the same class as the 2 big dogs in the area which I am also a fan of. @stoolpresidente will not be disappointed.

In an area of great Trenton tomato pies, this one takes the cake. Best tomato pie in the area and it’s not particularly close.

Hands down THE best tomato pie in the country. I grew up going to all of the Trenton favorites (and still do, and they’re all still great too), but it does not get any better than Gervasio’s. Thin crust. EXCELLENT sauce. Zero flop. Gervasio’s has perfected the tomato pie

Based off of looks this is a 9.5. Let’s talk about the taste. For starters it paper thin and crunchy. Incredible sauce, more vinegary and plenty of it. Excellent cheese blend with a light sprinkle of parm. Truly a hidden gem and elite slice. Look at how many reviews I have, I know what I’m talking about

Hands down the best Trenton style tomato pie in the area. Perfectly well down thin crust with no flop. Prefer sausage and fresh garlic but the plain knocks it out of the park also.

My preference of pizza is definitely more cheese based but the crust here is amazing

Near perfect Trenton style tomato pie. This one may have stayed in the oven 30 seconds too long but was still amazing. 0 flop, super thin, perfect cheese/tomato ratio.
